Warm up first.

Standing Correctly, check feet, pelvis, spine and head position.

Prancing feet...............add in Rib Cage Closure

Heel Raises..............add in Pole Raises

Side Twists

Side Reach

Roll Downs

Lying Down: Check from feet to head good alignment.

Shoulder Drops

Windows........Windmill Arms

Baby Spine Curls into Spine Curls (no pillow)

Hip Rolls

Curl Ups and Oblique Curl Ups

(if very keen put in the Hundred and Series of 5)

Cat

Threading a Needle

Cobra

(if keen put in side lying, side kick)

Standing Roll Downs
